Refund Policy Overview
We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy for customers in the United States. Products must be new or slightly used to be eligible for return. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products, and exchanges are allowed. For orders where the product is used less than 1/3 of the first opened box within 15 days, a full refund is available. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a USD 9 restocking fee will be applied. Refunds are processed within 18 days. For more details, please check the details below
Shipping Policy
- Shipping originates from the United States.
- Orders are processed once daily at 4:30 PM (PST)
- To change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at https://wa.me/+821091916367 at least 30 minutes before the cutoff time, providing the email used for your order and the details of the desired changes.
- Once an order has been processed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We offer a 100% refund policy under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
- For your return to be eligible, the first opened box must be used no more than one-third of its contents.
- If eligible, we will refund 100% of the price for both the opened box and any unopened boxes included in the same order.
Refunds must first be approved before processing:
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approval: If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 16 business days.
- Processing Time: Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
