Shipping originates from the United States (Amazon FBA warehouses & Qxpress L.A FSC)
Orders are processed once daily at 4:30 PM Pacific Time (PST).
To change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at https://wa.me/+821091916367 at least 30 minutes before the cutoff time, providing the email used for your order and the details of the desired changes.
Order cancellations can be requested until 9:00 AM KST (Korean Standard Time). Please note that once this time has passed and the order has been processed, cancellations are no longer possible.
Once an order has been processed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
