- If your child is between 4 to 5 years old, it is recommended to cut one patch in half for use.
- Apply the patch for a minimum of 4 hours. While keeping the patch on for more than 4 hours is acceptable, at least 4 hours is sufficient for the nutrients to be fully absorbed.
- Recommended application areas include the back, the top of the foot, the back of the hand, and the calves.

I have tried various method to help my 13yo ds as he is born in the 3rd percentile range but we could not sustain it for long as they usually come in the form of oral medication and he has trouble swallowing the pills.
