- Use only one patch per day only.
- If your child is between 4 to 5 years old, it is recommended to cut one patch in half for use.
- Apply the patch for a minimum of 4 hours. While keeping the patch on for more than 4 hours is acceptable, at least 4 hours is sufficient for the nutrients to be fully absorbed.
- Recommended application areas include the back, the top of the foot, the back of the hand, and the calves.
For instance, if you apply the patch to your child's back at 9 PM, remove it the next morning and reapply a new patch on the back at 9 PM that evening.

I purchased the patches at the start of the year, but only began closely tracking my daughters' heights in April 2025.
